The processing time for your order is usually 3-5 working days. We ship all orders plastic-free with DHL GoGreen. The delivery time within Germany is usually 1-2 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This allows you to check the status of the delivery online at any time.

To enjoy your order for as long as possible, we recommend washing Coasterfashion textiles as follows:

Machine wash at maximum 30°. Turn inside out before washing.

Avoid using fabric softener. This will damage the print and cause it to fade.

We are very sad to hear that you are not satisfied with our product. You can return your package within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The items must not be worn or washed - it is ok to try them on.

Once your package arrives, it may take up to 7 days for us to process it. The refund will be returned to the payment method you used to place your order.

If you fall outside the right of return, we cannot accept your return. Please get in touch with us and tell us what's wrong so we can find a solution.
